Power Platform for regular customers

Overview

Microsoft's Dynamic 365 suite of applications had a perception problem. Potential customers weren't aware of the power and ease that D365 offered, and the previous site & marketing materials didn't help by merely touting its features.


I was involved in multiple stakeholder interviews for the different applications and a few insights came to the surface. Show off that these tools are enterprise-class. It became clear showcasing actual customers that weren't necessarily developers could help communicate the ease required to implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
